The OPTION I world can and will have NO interest in YOU personally! Proper coaching opens up even wussies for OPTION II; yet sometimes it has to be in the context of live and death: I use this video as an introduction to workshops to the effect that there is much less +/-, ?, *-ego wussing around. Another method is to blind fold participants for the first half day so they stay with themselves and do not look for groupie power games. It's amazing how people adapt within minutes and stay where they innately are no longer obsessed to please their prejudice of "others"...
